AUTUMN WAVES OF REST w/ Pete Lee

Join Pete and nurture your body, mind and spirit in a deeply healing and nourishing hour of gentle movement, guided breathwork, meditation and relaxation, and the grounding and expansive sound current of the gong.

Autumn is a time when leaves change color. Change and transition are in the air, and what a year of change and transition we’ve been in. Practicing “doing nothing” isn’t necessarily “easy,” but ease is cultivated over time through gentle practice. When we can let go of effort and knee-jerk reactions to change, we can be fully present during moments of change and transition with more ease.

Have some pillows, cushions, and blankets handy. When we come lay down into savasana, it will be an opportunity to let go of all effort completely and fall into the support of the pillows, the mat, the earth, and the sound waves of the gong.

Allow the sound do all the work, so you don’t have to do a single thing but simply receive and enjoy.
