FALLING FORWARD w/ Mia Togo
This is a Fall like no other. We are living through a global and racial pandemic. The world that we knew has broken down and division is everywhere. We are in co-creation and our self care is pivotal to the collective care that holds equity and inclusion for all. Many obstacles arise on this journey of life. Some can stop us dead in our tracks so we can reflect and regroup. Others will divert us onto another path we may not have taken on our own volition. How we respond to our different experiences and participate in our healing will determine how we move forward. If we stay stuck in bitterness or resentment, we can miss the wisdom the universe is encouraging us to learn. Our yoga practice is a space to explore those dark, shadowy areas in our body, mind, and heart so we can live in less judgement and love with more understanding. Healing does not mean we are broken, it’s remembering our wholeness to bring us back to balance. In this class we will explore and excavate where we hold tension in our bodies, release gripping in our hearts so we can receive the next season with open arms. We can’t fall back in old patterns of scarcity, let's Fall Forward harvesting the wisdom from the past and honoring the path of new beginnings.
