Many people are obsessed with “opening” their hips. Are their hips really tight? What is that they’re really seeking or need to discover? In this session, we will practice certain pranayama techniques and passive, deeply grounding postures that focus on the lower part of the body. By taking the time to slow down, we can explore and examine tight, imbalanced muscles, allowing us to surrender to inner gravity, nurture ourselves, and help us to feel stable to embrace the change in seasons.
